*********** Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied before the respondent to issue Form XI [Sulphur] license in his favour. He further submits that inspection has already been over in the year 2013 and thereafter, no action has been taken. The petitioner has submitted an application, on 02.01.2015, and remitted necessary charges also. In such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 02.01.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner complies with all the requirements for grant of license. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
