RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3793 of 2020 on 03.03.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3793 of 2020 on 03.03.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3793 of 2020 on 03.03.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.3727 of 2020 No.3793 of 2020 on 03.03.2020 is totally relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
