This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case /F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.01.2016 and investigate into the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 27.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
