Petitioner PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Family Judge, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial in I.A.No.330 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.14 of 2016, on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Family Judge, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the trial in I.A.No.330 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.14 of 2016, on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The respondent filed G.W.O.P.No.14 of 2016 before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli for appointing the respondent as the guardian of Minor S.Noorul Tharifah. The petitioner filed I.A.No.330 of 2016 for custody of his daughter Minor S.Noorul Tharifa to him for the last 15 days of a month. In the said application, the respondent has not filed any counter and it is kept pending from 16.10.2016 for filing counter. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of I.A.No.

330 of 2016. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichirappalli, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.330 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, 30th April, 2017.
