ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent bearing No.11/Estt/69 Bn/BSF/21/10398-416 dated 08.11.2021, whereby the punishment of compulsory retirement was imposed on the petitioner.
2.Simultaneously while filing the present Writ Petition, the petitioner appears to have filed an appeal before the third respondent and the said appeal was subsequently rejected by the third respondent by order dated 31.05.2022.
3.In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with 2/5
liberty to file a fresh comprehensive Writ Petition challenging the impugned order as well as the order dated 31.05.2022 passed by the third respondent. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
