ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering in the civil dispute in money transaction and not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and safe guard the self respect and descend living conditions.

2. It is represented by the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that since the respondent Police have stated that the complaint has been closed, there is no need to decide the issue in question in the Writ Petition.
