ORDER

The petition has been filed to the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2704 of 2026 vide order dated 10.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2704 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a Month ie., on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.03.2026 sbn 2/4
