This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the final report filed in Spl.S.C.No.226 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Session Court, Dindigul 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner died on 01.06.2021 and the same was intimated to the trial Court.
