ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent, dated 26.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.On a perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that the impugned order is an appealable order, which is to be filed before the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Chennai. Without invoking such appellate jurisdiction, this Writ Petition came to be filed.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted 15 days time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for filing an appeal before the authority concerned and on such filing, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be entertained and each and every ground being adjudicated by the petitioner be considered by the appellate authority and the matter be decided on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months thereafter, after affording due opportunity of hearing of the petitioner.
