No.5180 of 2019 ----------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's Order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "This petition is filed seeking transfer of case in CC.No.8 of 2019, from the file of Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Virudhunagar. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is absolutely no land grabbing issue involved in this matter and trial is not undertaken by the Special Court.

3.Let a report be called for from the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, as to the stage of CC.No.8 of 2019, for considering this petition.

4.List the matter on 23.11.2021, after receiving the report". In this connection, you namely the Special Judge for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, are hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 22/11/2021 as the matter stands posted on 23/11/2021.
