ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thanjavur District 1/4

to accept the surrender of the petitioner and recall the warrant and to consider on the same day, for the bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on 05.03.2025 in S.T.C.No.205 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thanjavur District.

2. The prayer of the petition is to direct the Trial Court to accept the surrender of the petitioner for the bailable warrant issued against him. Since the bailable warrant has been issued by the Trial Court, it is for the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court and file appropriate petition in accordance with law.
