The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take appropriate action to survey the land in S.No.27/5 of Ramakrishnapuram Village and without any impediment of the fifth respondent herein restore the water tab and Electricity pole in southern side and the Natham land in eastern side of S.No.27/5 of Ramakrishnapuram village based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.02.2023.

2. By consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission itself. 3.Heard Mr.S.Sukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Christy Theboral, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 on instructions would submit that already survey has been conducted and 2/4

therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
