Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to issue a direction directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 and consequently, direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the him and his family.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 and consequently, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that they called the petitioner for enquiry and he has also appeared and thereafter, the complaint of the 4th respondent was closed as they settled the matter between them. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
