According to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant. Hence, he has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
