This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 08.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
