Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SURIYA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent Mr.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to recall the warrant issued to the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, in C.C.No.370 of 2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had earlier granted an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7106 of 2016 and notice was also ordered. But, the Trial Court, without considering the said aspect, has issued the Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and by considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, the non bailable warrant issued by the Trial Court is recalled and set aside.
