ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner's petty shop from Thirukattupalli bus stand without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
