This petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already an F.I.R. in Crime No.682 of 2018 has been registered against the petitioner and the petitioner is an accused in this crime.

3. Therefore, not to harass does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
