This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2025 and to take necessary action against the 3rd and 4th respondents and grant adequate protection for the cameras and loudspeakers installed in Arulmighu Vinayagar Kovil and Arulmighu Kaliamman Kovil. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the petitioner has sent a representation before the second respondent on 11.03.2024 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the would submit that the representation of the petitioner was received by the first respondent. Similarly, the private respondents have also given a complaint against the petitioner, for which, CSR No.213 of 2025 has been assigned. Both the matters are pending for enquiry. They will consider the representation of the petitioner as well as the complaint of the third respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that already the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the first respondent and for which, CSR No. 213 of 2025 has been assigned. While so, the petitioner has also sent a representation on 11.03.2025 against the third respondent. 4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and both the parties lodged complaint against each other and the same are pending with the first respondent, it is for the first respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the same in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the third respondent and the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law after affording opportunities to both parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. 3/5
6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
