This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection on the basis of the representation dated 27.03.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.178 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and finding that there is civil dispute between the parties, regarding boundary, they were advised to resolve their issue by measuring the property. The petitioner accepted the advice. But, however, the third respondent's wife refused to receive the closure report and it was pasted on the door of the house and it was closed on 27.03.2019.

4.Since the representation made by the petitioner has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this petition has become infructuous.
