ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) I.P.C., Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / accused 1 to 3 and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that on 24.02.2016 when the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was pending and hence this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners 1 and 2 should report before the respondent Police daily at 06.30 p.m., and the third petitioner should report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned
Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant has been closed after conducting enquiry.
