This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard M.E.Turairaaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State and Mr.S.Anand Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearig today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, which was taken on file in C.C.No.412 of 2019 and after full trial, the accused has been acquitted, on 22.04.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
