This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint by post and petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 20.01.2016 and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
