ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.Ovu6/15929/2014 have not been followed by the third respondent.

2.If that is so, the District Collector should call for a report from the authority concerned as to why such a direction is not complied with. Therefore, leaving discretion to the District Collector to take proper steps and get the order implemented.
