O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the TNPID Court, Madurai to accept sureties already produced before the Court on 17.02.2016 and on 19.02.2016 respectively along with the copy of bail order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2746 of 2016 dated 16.02.2016 pertaining to Crime No. 3 of 2015 on the file of the EOW Police Station, Trichy, Trichy District.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. This Court granted bail to the petitioner on 16.02.2016 on condition that he should furnish a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, TNPID Act Court, Madurai. It is stated by the petitioner that the TNPID Act Court, Madurai had refused to accept the sureties that were furnished in compliance with the order passed by this Court. This Court cannot countenance the submissions, inasmuch as, if the petitioner had produced genuine sureties, no Judicial Officer will refuse to accept the same.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is the wife of the accused and her father Duraisamy, who is the father-in-law of the accused are prepared to stand as sureties, but, they do not have any property documents.
5. Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court permits the wife and father-in-law of the accused to stand as sureties. The learned Judge, TNPID Act Cases, Madurai shall test the genuiness of the persons and accept them as sureties though they do not have any property document. Rest of the conditions imposed by this Court shall stand unaltered.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
