The revision petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose the case in O.S.No.185 of 2005.

2. The first respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.185 of 2005 against the petitioner and others for partition. The petitioner filed a written statement on 18.11.2005 and issues are not framed till today. The suit is being adjourned without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present revision petition for speedy disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2005, the learned Subordinate Judge, Karur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2005 as expeditiously as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possible, in any event, not later than 31.08.2017. No costs.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
