This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to secure the petitioner's Maruti Ertica Car bearing Registration No.TN-60-AW-770 from the sixth respondent based on his representation, dated 28.03.2022.

2.Though the petitioner sought for the larger relief, now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted his prayer to consider the representation, dated 28.03.2022 before the third respondent.

W.P(MD)No.8282 of 2022 3.In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
