[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of her minor daughter, namely, Indhumathi, daughter of Late.Ravi, aged about 15 years, before this Court and handover her to the petitioner.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present habeas corpus petition, the minor girl was secured and handed over to the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint, a criminal case was registered in Sellur Police Station Crime No.1665 of 2020 for the offence punishable under POCSO Act.
5. Recording the above submissions, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
