This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 30.03.2019.
2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner, does not arise.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
