Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for M/s.T.J.EBENEZER CHARLES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss the criminal miscellaneous petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
