Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
