ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.05.2018 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that one Panapandi has preferred a complaint against the petitioner to the second respondent, based on which enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered agaisnt the petitioner in Crime No.363 of 2018 on 12.05.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 IPC. The present complaint of the petitioner is still pending for enquiry and investigation. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in Crime No.363 of 2018 may be directed to be investigated along with the present complaint preferred by the petitioner.

4.In view of the said submissions made by both the parties, the second respondent shall investigate the complaint in Crime No.363 of 2018 along with the present complaint preferred by the petitioner.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
