This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.22 of 2019, which was registered under the caption 'woman missing' on 21.02.2019 based upon the complaint given by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the course of investigation missing girl has been secured and it was found that the missing girl namely, Janani married a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
