Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks relief of the petition mentioned vehicle. It was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand.

3.The learned Government Advocate draws my attention to the fact that against the petitioner there are as many as nine cases are pending. The petition mentioned vehicle is also involved in two cases of similar in nature.

2 W.P.(MD)No.8039 of 2020 also to be produced before the Court below at the earliest. It is for the petitioner to move the Court below for appropriate relief. Giving this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
