This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register an FIR on the basi of the complaint dated 03.02.2016 lodged before the second respondent herein through post.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
