ORDER

The revision petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.88 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin, within a stipulated time.

2.The respondent as appellant has filed an appeal suit in A.S.No.88 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin, against the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.343 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin. Since the appeal suit is of the year 2015, the said appeal suit is being adjourned without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, Tuticorin, to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.88 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.07.2017.

5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
