This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No. 2319 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

3.This Court made an attempt to compromise the issue between the parties. However, the parties have not come to any amicable settlement.

4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No. 2319 of 2015 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
