This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records in A5/M.C.100/2019 (107) dated 02.04.2019 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cum Assistant Collector, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the impugned order dated 02.04.2019 is for the period between 12.03.2019 to 30.08.2019 and the same has become infructuous.
