Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.203/Mike/BIPS/TRC/2015, dated 11.09.2015 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the District Unit of Marumalarchi Munnedra Kalagam(MDMK) to conduct Diravidan Movement Centruary Rally ( Rlh; Ve;jp njhlh; Xl;lk;) to be held on 12.09.2015.
