This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that a case in Cr.No.19 of 2016 for "girl missing" has been registered by the respondent police and the petitioners herein are required for enquiry. Since a regular case has been registered, an order of not to harass cannot be passed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
