ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.282/1, 282/3 and 282/4 in Gundoor Village, Tiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District measuring to an extent of 5 acre 48 cents and issue patta by sub-dividing the same.

2. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is residing at Door No.230A, Melathoppu, Thondaimanallur, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District. He purchased the landed property in Survey No.282/1, 282/3 and 282/4 in Gundoor Village, Tiruverumbur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Trichy District measuring to an extent of 5 acres and 48 cents for valuable consideration through a registered sale deed dated 31.03.2015. From the date of purchase, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same. While the matter stood thus, the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on on 21.08.2015 to sub-divide and survey the land belongs to the petitioner. The same was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders with regard to survey of the land belongs to the petitioner by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
