O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case, as per the complaint of the petitioner, dated 11.02.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that no complaint was received by the respondents police.

3.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint to the first respondent and on receipt of the complaint, the first respondent shall forward the same to the 2nd respondent for necessary action, on merits and in accordance with law. With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
