This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the impugned Order Ku.Va.No.A1/38/2019, dated 29.03.2019, on the file of the Respondent No.1.

2.Now due to efflux of time, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, if any proceedings is initiated by the authority in future, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
