2. It is beyond dispute that the case against the petitioner is pending at the trial stage before the Chief Metropolitan Court, New Delhi in C.C.No.239 of 2019. It is stated that another case is pending before the Special Court for CBI Cases I, New Delhi in C.C.No.7 of 2012.

3. The petitioner has to necessarily move the trial court for obtaining appropriate relief. The writ court cannot interfere in the matter. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.11.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/3
