[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to remove the unlawful encroachment made by the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein on the petitioner's adjacent land, comprised in T.S.No.37, Sathya Nagar Mill Gate, Melur and to lay road on the said actual land earmarked for road.
2. Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have already been removed.
3. The abovesaid submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Thus, recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. [R.M.D., J.] [J.S.N.P., J.] 09.11.2022 vsm TO:
