ORDER
The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Sub Court, Palani, to adjudicate and dispose of the case in O.S.No.841 of 2015, within time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioners are the defendants and the respondent is the plaintiff in the suit. The respondent filed suit in O.S.No.841 of 2015 before the Sub Court, Palani, for declaration and permanent injunction. The second petitioner filed writ statement. Issues were not yet framed. The suit has been adjourned periodically, without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of suit in O.S.No.841 of 2015.
3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Palani.
5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Sub Judge, Palani, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.841 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, 30th August, 2017. No costs.
