*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The detenu has been produced by the third respondent herein. The petitioner, the father of the detenu, is present. The detenu informs of having left the parental home on her own accord and of having married the third respondent and having taken up residence with him. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs

that the petitioner was set upon by the third respondent and the detenu was forcibly taken away from the house and upon his complaint, a case has been registered with the second respondent police in Crime No.135 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324, 366 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code.
