Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the appearance of the couple before Thuvarankurichi Police Station, Madurai, petitioner has also been called and after deliberations, he has informed that he would have nothing to do with the detenue, his daughter.

2.Copy of the records have been produced. Upon perusal thereof, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this Habeas Corpus petition may be closed. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
