ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Principal District Judge to expedite trial and to dispose of O.S.No.80 of 2014, on the file of learned District Court, Srivilliputhur, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondents are the defendants in the suit. The petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.80 of 2014 before the District Court, Srivilliputhur, for partition. The respondents filed written statement in the year 2014 and issues were framed. The suit was adjourned on various dates from 10.11.2014 to 18.11.2016, without any progress. The petitioner is aged about 53 years and he is a heart patient and he did not attend the court frequently. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of suit in O.S.No.80 of 2014.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.80 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, 30th September, 2017.
