ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.103 of 2010 on its file, within the stipulated period of time.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff, filed suit in O.S.No.103 of 2010 , on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai, for the relief of specific performance, against the respondents.

3. The respondents filed written statement in the moth of September 2010 and the learned Judge framed issues and the suit was posted for trial and thereafter, the suit is being adjourned without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioners have come out with the present revision.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the the Learned Subordinate Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pudukottai, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.103 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31st July 2017. No costs.
